Environmental performance / Ecodesign

Our production methods face multiple environmental challenges that affect and impact our ecosystems in both positive and negative ways. Collective awareness of these challenges is prompting stakeholders to take action on a wide range of issues, such as reducing greenhouse gas emissions, saving water resources, energy efficiency and packaging recyclability. These multiple issues are not confined to the walls of the processing site, and are an integral part of products whose lifecycle involves several players at various stages of production, use and end-of-life.

Consequently, the assessment of a product’s environmental performance can only be effective and realistic if it is multi-criteria and global.

That’s why ACTALIA’s Environment Division offers a range of services to help you analyze and improve the environmental performance of your products, using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method (ISO 14040/44 standard).
